Life is short, so it’s important to make the most of every day. There’s also plenty of time, and you don’t want to get spun up over little things. But what does make the most mean, and how do you know when enough is enough?

In Take Your Time Before Time Takes You, Professional Certified Coach Peter Dudley provides thought-provoking exercises and perspective-twisting stories that will help you answer those important questions for yourself.

This book was born from Peter’s rich life full of lived experiences many people never experience—joyful and tragic, painful and uplifting, privileged and unjust—as well as his diverse career spanning more than 30 years across a variety of industries, roles, and organization sizes. It also incorporates lessons from his professional coaching experience, helping more than 350 clients facing almost any situation imaginable.

But it’s not a memoir. It’s a guide book that can help you see yourself and your life differently, align to your core values, identify your limiting beliefs, and start taking steps to live your most fulfilling life.
